Penang Island is getting famous in the eyes of the world after the date of 7th July 2008, George Town, the historic capital of this beutiful island, was
formally inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site alongside with
another state of Malaysia that located at mid of Penisular, Malacca.
There are more and more restaurants that could be found in this small island, after the mentioned date. What so attractive is, foods that served by those restaurant reflects multiracial, you can easily walk in and taste western, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Japanese cuisine or even Thai food that just close to each others.
Penang was also recognised a place that with Best Street Food in asia region by Time magazine in year 2004, citing that "nowhere else can such great tasting food be so cheap".
I actually look around to get nice and cheap hawker food, anyway, I shall also share other than that as long as it is fulfill my expectation.
